The artist will define the experience and drive the media through an onboarding process curated by the TWIYS creative team and participating music labels. A roster of 8 artists per season, will be selected as contestants and will consist of: musicians, singer-songwriters, spoken word artists, and rappers or poets who live and work in the designated filming locations.
The app technology will enable participating music labels communication with artists during filming, and be capable of receiving input from the combined audience of the labels executives, a&r's, marketing teams, TWIYS creative team, and fans. The audience will be defined as: all viewers of TWIYS's media, the fans, the artist's family members, friends and any other individual not directly acting as a participant in the gameshow. This also includes the curated audiences of each participating label. The audience will typically only be allowed to interact with the cast of TWIYS through the provided technology by using it to vote and make suggestions for desired outcomes via multiple choice scenarios.
